Do you have a favorite family dish you would like to share?
Do you have a specialty dish that reflects your heritage? Do you enjoy cooking for a crowd? We want you for our 4 th Food Festival/Fair! We are planning for up to (20) special cooks to provide at least 100 small servings of their delicacies…entrees, side dishes, baked goods…you name it, we want it! We will provide you with serving dishes to keep the portions consistent so please choose a dish that would work in a small bowl or plate.
