The Worship & Faith Formation Council supports the pastor and parish leadership in strengthening the prayer, worship, formation, and spiritual life of Most Blessed Sacrament Parish. The council helps reflect on how our parish celebrates the liturgy, forms disciples, supports faith formation, and invites people of all ages to grow closer to Jesus Christ and His Church.

The council serves as a trusted advisory group that brings together parishioners and ministry leaders who care deeply about the worship and formation life of the parish. Through prayerful conversation, thoughtful planning, and shared wisdom, the council helps support the mission of the parish and the spiritual growth of our community.

What Does the Worship & Faith Formation Council Do?

The Worship & Faith Formation Council offers counsel and insight on areas connected to liturgy, prayer, sacramental life, religious education, youth formation, adult faith formation, parish missions, retreats, and other opportunities for spiritual growth.

The council helps consider how the parish can worship with reverence, form people in the Catholic faith, encourage participation in the sacramental life of the Church, and support families and individuals as they continue growing as disciples of Jesus.

Its work helps keep the parish focused on the heart of its mission: leading people into deeper communion with Christ through worship, formation, prayer, and community.

Serving on Worship & Faith Formation Council

Serving on the Worship & Faith Formation Council is a meaningful way to support the spiritual life of the parish. Members have the opportunity to offer their gifts, experience, ideas, and prayerful perspective for the good of the whole parish community.

This ministry is especially valuable for those who care about the Mass, the sacraments, prayer, Catholic teaching, parish formation, and helping others encounter Jesus more deeply. Serving on the council is a beautiful way to help Most Blessed Sacrament continue growing as a parish rooted in worship, discipleship, and mission.
