ADORE is a series of gatherings designed to help teens grow in faith, form lasting friendships, and discover their place in the Church. Open to all 7th through 12th graders from our parish, school, and surrounding community, ADORE offers a space to encounter Jesus, grow in community, and build a strong foundation for life.
About ADORE
ADORE is the youth ministry of Most Blessed Sacrament for 7th – 12th grades, welcoming teens from Most Blessed Sacrament Parish and School, and the surrounding community. It is designed to be a place young people genuinely want to be, where they can build friendships, ask meaningful questions, encounter Jesus, and grow into a Catholic faith that increasingly becomes their own. Our hope is that every teen experiences a Catholic community that knows them, challenges them, celebrates them, and helps them become more curious about their faith, more connected to the Church, more willing to surrender what keeps them from God, and more confident that they have an important place in the life and future of the Church.
• Sunday Evenings: ADORE typically gathers on scheduled Sundays from 6pm to 8pm in the Donnelly Neighborhood Center. Please see the calendar for scheduled dates and special events.
• What to Expect: No two ADORE nights are exactly the same. Evenings may include dinner, large group games, talks, small group discussion, prayer experiences, Scripture, service projects, guest speakers, Adoration, special events, and opportunities simply to enjoy being together.
• Friends & Participation: Friends and guests are always welcome at ADORE, including teens who may be curious, searching, or simply looking for a place to belong. While regular attendance is encouraged, ADORE is youth ministry rather than a classroom. The more often a teen participates, the more opportunity they have to build friendships, become part of the community, and grow through the experiences offered throughout the year.
• Communication: Communication related to ADORE and other Youth Faith Formation programs will primarily be sent to the email addresses and phone numbers provided during registration by Ryan Adamson, Director of Formation and Engagement, through our Flocknote communication tool.

Dinner & Community
Sharing a meal is an important part of ADORE. Dinner gives teens time to relax, build relationships, and experience the kind of community that makes deeper conversations about faith possible.
Catholic Formation
ADORE is intentionally Catholic. Teens are encouraged to become curious about the faith, ask honest questions, wrestle with meaningful topics, deepen their relationship with Jesus, and discover how Catholicism speaks into their everyday lives.
Small Groups & Prayer
Teens regularly gather in grade based small groups with background checked adult team members to discuss the topics of the night, hear different perspectives, ask questions, and reflect on how faith connects to their lives. These conversations are often paired with prayer experiences such as Scripture, journaling, the Rosary, Adoration, Confession, praise and worship, and personal prayer, helping teens not only talk about their faith, but begin to practice it in ways they can carry beyond ADORE.
Location: The Donnelly Neighborhood Center
The Donnelly Neighborhood Center is located right next to Close Park along Bellevue Road, and just north of our church. The Center is home to our School, Gym, Kitchen, Kelly Room, and Ryan Adamson’s Office. It also serves as the primary location for all of our Religious Education, ADORE, and Confirmation programs. Children/Teens will enter through the main doors off of Bellevue Road, get signed in, and follow the instructions of the program leadership. Donations
There are no fees associated with ADORE. However we do ask that families please donate dinner(s) to ADORE. We are usually looking to feed 30-40 people per event, (that includes our volunteers). The simpler the better is always safe. If families want to team up to help with a dinner that is also always an option.
If anyone is interested in donating to ADORE that is also welcomed.

Check donations are to be presented to the Director of Formation and Engagement (Ryan Adamson) or the parish office and written out to “Most Blessed Sacrament Parish” and “ADORE” in the memo.

Volunteer Opportunities
ADORE depends on generous adults who are willing to invest in the faith and lives of our teens. Volunteers help create a welcoming, fun, and prayerful environment where young people can build community, ask honest questions, grow in their Catholic faith, and encounter Jesus through meals, games, talks, small group discussion, prayer, service, and the witness of faithful adults.
Opportunities include helping with setup and cleanup, welcoming teens, assisting with meals and activities, facilitating small group discussions, supporting prayer experiences, helping with special events, and simply being a consistent and encouraging presence throughout the year.
If you feel called to become more involved, we would love to have you join the ADORE team. You do not need to have all the answers or be a professional teacher. A willingness to serve, grow in your own faith, and build genuine relationships with young people can make a meaningful difference. Whether you can serve regularly or help with specific events, please consider becoming part of this ministry.
