What Is Eucharistic Adoration?
Eucharistic Adoration is a time of prayer before Jesus, truly present in the Blessed Sacrament. As Catholics, we believe that the Eucharist is not only a symbol, but the Real Presence of Jesus Christ: Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. In Adoration, we spend time with the Lord in a special way. Some people pray the Rosary, read Scripture, journal, sit in silence, or simply look upon Jesus with love. There is no perfect formula. The most important thing is to come with an open heart. Adoration is a beautiful opportunity to slow down, listen to God, offer Him your worries, give thanks, and grow in friendship with Christ.
Visit Our Adoration Chapel
You are encouraged to stop in and pray in our Adoration Chapel whenever you are able. Even a few minutes with the Lord can be a powerful moment of peace and renewal. The chapel can be accessed through the north facing side entrance of the church. It can also be accessed through the side door on the St. Joseph side of the sanctuary when the inside of the church is open.
Jesus is exposed in the monstrance Monday through Friday, from 9am to 8pm. There may be times during special campus events when the chapel is temporarily closed. Thank you for your understanding when these adjustments are needed.

Reverence in the Chapel
Because the Adoration Chapel is a sacred space of prayer, visitors are asked to enter with reverence, respect, peace, and quiet. Please be mindful of the presence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament, as well as the presence of other adorers and those who have come to pray. We ask everyone who visits to help preserve the stillness of the chapel by speaking quietly when necessary, silencing phones, and remaining aware of others who are spending time with the Lord.
Become a Regular Adorer
We invite parishioners to consider becoming regular Adorers by committing to a set time of prayer in the chapel. This is a meaningful way to support the prayer life of our parish and continue the long tradition of Eucharistic Adoration at Most Blessed Sacrament.

How to Pray in Adoration
If you are new to Adoration, you do not need to worry about doing everything correctly. You can begin simply. You might pray silently, read a passage from Scripture, pray the Rosary, offer intentions for your family, or sit quietly with Jesus. You can also bring your joys, concerns, questions, and burdens to Him.
A simple prayer to begin with is: “Jesus, I believe You are here. Help me to know You, love You, and follow You more closely.”
Come and Spend Time With the Lord
In John 6, Jesus reveals Himself as the Bread of Life. In the Eucharist, He continues to give Himself to us with love and mercy. Our Adoration Chapel is a place to remember that Jesus is near, that He is present, and that He desires to draw our hearts closer to Him.
