All teachers are carefully onboarded through a thorough screening and verification process designed to ensure the safety and well-being of students. Before beginning employment, teachers and staff are required to complete background checks, fingerprinting, and any other required state or federal screenings. Their employment history, professional credentials, references, and required certifications are also verified. All staff go through the VIRTUS: Protecting God’s Children training. This comprehensive onboarding process helps ensure that all teachers meet the necessary qualifications and standards and are prepared to provide a safe, supportive, and professional learning environment for every student.
